Apartment 201 combines a separate bedroom, a furnished living and dining area and a dedicated workspace. Ideal for a semester, a full degree or several working years in Heidelberg. Wi-Fi is included in the monthly payment. Electricity and water are included, as are heating advance payments. Heating and hot-water costs are reconciled annually based on consumption; additional payments or refunds may arise.
