This furnished two-room apartment on the fourth floor combines a separate sleeping area with a welcoming living room, an equipped kitchen and space to work or study. Natural light and views across Heidelberg make it a comfortable base for a semester, a research appointment or several years in the city. The monthly payment includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi and heating advance payments. Heating and hot-water costs are reconciled annually based on consumption; additional payments or refunds may arise.
